§1. General
These terms govern the use of the website at chefup.pl (the "Site"). The Site owner and service provider is Maciej Szcześnik, running a sole proprietorship under the name Chef Up Maciej Szcześnik, ul. Henryka Sienkiewicza 39, 07-202 Wyszków, Poland, NIP: 7622027975, REGON: 543939030 (the "Provider").

§2. Scope
The Site is informational and presents the Provider's services in delivery management, analytics and marketing for restaurants. Through the Site you can contact the Provider and send an enquiry or a job application via the available forms.
§3. Rules of use
- Using the Site is free of charge.
- The user agrees to use the Site lawfully and not to provide any unlawful content.
- Using the Site requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser, plus an active email account for contact.
§4. Contact forms
Sending a message via a form is not a contract — only a request for contact. Any cooperation terms are agreed individually in a separate agreement. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and for recruitment in the candidate notice.
§5. Intellectual property
The content, marks and materials on the Site (texts, graphics, logo) are protected and belong to the Provider or are used under appropriate licences. Copying or distribution without the Provider's consent is prohibited.
§6. Complaints
You can report issues with the Site at kontakt@chefup.pl. We reply within 14 days.
§7. Final provisions
The Provider may change these terms for valid reasons (e.g. changes in law or scope of the Site). The current version is always available on this page. Polish law applies to matters not covered here.
